Joel has 25 years of experience in Commercial Property Management.  He specializes in the management of retail properties which includes a wide range of local, regional and national tenants. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Joel gained valuable experience and learned first hand the challenges involved in operating a retail business.  He successfully managed two different retail operations from 1976 to 1985.

In 1986, Joel began his career in real estate with the Leo Eisenberg Company, a leading development, sales and management real estate company.  Joel joined The R.H. Johnson Company in 1992 and currently oversees the management of 1.5 million square feet.  His background in property management is extensive and includes a wide range of expertise in renovations, new construction, small shops, freestanding buildings and power centers.

Joel received his Bachelor of Educational Studies degree with a major in Counseling and Personnel Services in 1979.  He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a Certified Property Manager.
