She has 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate business in Kansas City. In 1985, she joined Leo Eisenberg Company, a leading shopping center developer and broker headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, as a sales associate. In 1992, she joined The R.H. Johnson Company and continues her specialization of retail commercial properties.
During her career, Randi has been involved in the leasing, development and sale of many properties. Specifically, Randi specializes in tenant representation as well as the leasing and sale of strip shopping properties.
Randi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arizona in 1983.
