Wendy has 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate market.  Prior to joining The R.H. Johnson Company, Wendy owned and operated her own business.  Her innate entrepreneurial spirit plays an important role in helping her clients achieve their objectives. Wendy joined The R.H. Johnson Company in 1998. She specializes in the leasing and sale of strip shopping centers and the representation of retail tenants. Currently her clients include Lifetime Fitness, CVS Pharmacy, Famous Footwear, Sport Clips and Omaha Steaks.  
 
Wendy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1993 from the University of Kansas. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, KC C.R.E.W., Kansas City Cares, CREST and graduated from the Centurions Leadership Program in 2001.  Wendy is also pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
